From the comforts of your own home, join me online every Thursday evening at 7:30pm for a complete restorative reset and nourishment through meditation, pranayama, aromatherapy, gentle movement and restorative yoga poses to help unwind tension, anxiety and stress. This hour long ritual practice will prep you for deeper rest and wind down for sleep.
Props needed are:
yoga mat, bolster, two blocks, 1 or 2 blankets, favorite aromatic scent, eye pillow, yoga strap
Optional: bed pillow, couch pillow
