Massage Therapy

Tailored to your therapeutic needs, appropriate depth of pressure is applied to facilitate change in layers of connective and muscle tissue. Deep tissue release, myofascial holding, trigger point therapy, reflexology, soft stretching, and broad strokes, to unwind, release, re-shape, and align the body.

Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral Biodynamics is a gentle, still approach to tune into the nervous system. CST is an invitation to create a space of safety, accessing stillness and increasing potency and energy in the mind, body, and spirit.

Gentle, non invasiveness hands on holdings are placed in and throughout the body to support balance.

Yoga Therapy

Steeped in the Hatha yoga lineage and tradition of study, I have been a student of yoga for close to 25 years, appreciating both the philosophical and spiritual approach of yoga alongside the physical therapeutics of alignment, precision and deep influence on the nervous system through breath, mindfulness and presence.

Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy is an art and science of utilizing plant materials to support, harmonize and maintain health in the mind, body and spirit. Scent is a powerful resonance and tool for shifting stress patterns through the pathway of smell and the limbic system in the brain.

A session includes an intention and custom essential oil scents for daily ritual use.
